Something different with leeks...

Any ideas please?

We often do cheesy leeks, leeks and butter beans in a kind of gratin, just done in the frying pan with butter with garlic/pepper...

What else? As an accompaniment to Chicken tonight.. they are medium sized, too large to do whole.

I have bloody millions to eat in the next few weeks, so all ideas gratefully received.

Oh, I love that Jamie one, it is indeed divine. Quite a fiddle though (or maybe I made it a fiddle!) Several stages, but well worth the effort.

Cheesy leek pie is up the thread somewhere. Sounds heavenly.
