i have three 4pints waiting to go in my feezer but i dont know what to do....Blush
do i have to take the seal off? take some out? there is obviously that little bit of room they leave at the top, or can i just stick them in? also when they are defrosted is it just like starting a fresh use by date whise?

I leave the milk in the sink to defrost (often overnight) since it takes too long in the fridge. Its generally still got a chunk of iced milk in it in the morning and that keeps the defrosted milk cold.
