Book with recipes for older baby which adults can eat?

Can anyone recommend a good book like this please? Preferably recipes without a Million ingredientsGrin

I like the 'feeding kids' book by netmums. Good, tasty, non-faffy recipes that are good for all the family. HTH

Just cook what you would usually do but don't add salt. My DC's grew up on stews, moussaka etc.

Fay Ripleys 'Fays family food' is good too. Easy to follow, quick recipes where 1 meal does adults, toddlers and babies. Not lots of veggie options though if you are veggie, as me and dd are.

I like the Jane Clarke books-yummy baby etc,as al the recipes are designed to be good for adults too.

Complete baby and toddlercmeal planner ( or something along that line) by Sara Lewis . I bought it on amazon
