need sugary, jammy doughnuts to break my new years healthy eating plan.
almost a record at 2 days.

Unfortunately not Jammy (really hard to make I think), but this is the recipe my sister uses. I do think you need the little doughnut tray though (funnily enough available from the same place, although I'm sure there are different suppliers!)

Might just be easier to go to the supermarket and get a packet of 5 and scoff them n the way home though!

GFM - it's been two days, are they still in the oven???
Please update on cup-case doughnut progress, if it worked, I'll be making these myself for sure!

They worked but....

I think you need the oven a tad higher (or mine is rubbish!)
Warming oil in the cases is possibly a good plan
They come out cupcake shaped rather than doughnut shaped (obviously) which is slightly disconcerting.
They don't keep
