Hi - I'm hoping that some of you can help me out here. DD's christening is going to be at 9.30 in the morning and everyone will be coming back here afterwards for drinks/buffet. Given the early hour I'm looking for ideas for brunch type food which can be eaten on laps/standing - I was thinking maybe ham/salmon things but also need veggie ideas. I'm not the world's greatest cook so I need things that are simple and can be made in advance/heated up - or (even better) - ready made stuff (M&S etc). Any thoughts much appreciated!

vkr - that sounds delicious. I might just have to have a trial run of that suggestion in the very near future ...

Can anyone help?
I took the Nigella Cloud Cake recipe from the site a couple of days ago. Now looking back I see there is no flour included Is this right or have I simply written it down wrongly?

This site doesn't mention flour either, so you must be right!

Thanks lou33! Thought for a minute I was going nuts. Typically though I couldn't find the details again, technophobe me, nah! Computers not my best friends.
Thanks again, can bake in confidence now. Phew.
