Angostura Bitters...What to do with it?

I bought a bottle of Angostura Bitters years ago when making some fruit salad.
I found it at the back of a cupboard and wondered what else you could do with it...?
Any recipes anyone can recommend?

Champagne cocktails. Put a sugar cube in the bottom of the glass, shake over a few drops of Bitters. Add some brandy - about a centimetre up the glass. Top up with champagne, real or fake. Looks pretty, has quite a kick and tastes fab!

Coo, lots of booze ideas! Anyone ever add it to food?

I used to put it in spagblog - I kid you not!
but champagne cocktails are the better option

classic use is to make a pink gin. Yuk. But if you want to here is how you do it...

Splat some angostura bitters in a glass.

If you want the pink 'in' then just add gin.

If you want the pink 'out' then swish it round the glass and then tip it out and then add gin.

There you have a pink gin. Enjoy! [yuk emoticon]
