Have a cooked sweet pastry case what can I fill it with which isn't too creamy

I thought I had ordered a raw sweet pastry case from Ocado but it is cooked. What can I fill it in, ideally with some mincemeat or at least something does not involve alot of cream. I presume I can bake it again to make it crisp? No idea what to do with it

Sliced apples with an apricot glaze (Made with apricot jam, thinned with some boiling water). No cream necessary.

sorry - meant to say that you would have to poach the sliced apples before putting in the case, if it is already cooked.

Delia suggests freezing it, apparently its much better to cook it from frozen as its a better texture.

Once frozen, sprinkle the bottom with some semolina, then peel and chop up a Bramley apple and some mincemeat, put in case, then top with crumble mix made with the usual plus ground or flaked almonds. Bake for around 45 minutes.

I didn't read it doh didn't see it was cooked.

Yes, cook some fruits ( roasted pineapple is very good ), then add to case with a sugar syrup or thin layer of frangipane

Anything with mincemeat in will need cooking as the suet is raw

lemon tart? Lemon meringue pie?

What temp is baking. Bought Pastry cases ?

I would fill with mincemeat and then add a frangipane topping before baking.
