Turkey sandwiches will still be ok to eat today won't they?

As long as the turkey smells and looks ok it should be fine, shouldn't it?

It's been in the fridge since Xmas day. Just want to use it up in a sandwich and get it out of the way with no cooking.

Well it tastes best used within 4 days but actually should keep up to 7. Smell test is usually pretty accurate, although I err on the side of caution.

thank you. I will risk it and have a turkey sandwich for tea. I'm sure it's fine, I'm a lapsed veggie so don't know how long meat is safe for Blush.

I have the same problem. Was veggie from 14 to 27 so missed all the bit where you learn to cook meat and what is safe. 13 years on I am just starting not to cremate pork and chicken!

same here, my chicken is always rather well done. Very crispy fish-fingers etc...

I've just cut some turkey off the carcass for a pie, and bunged the rest in bags for the freezer.

I don't think I can face another day of turkey tomorrow.
