Quick one - How long to heat up some left over roast lamb in gravey?

Not much, enough for two adults and two toddlers. Gravy already hot, obviously.

Will it be OK at 220C with the roast potatoes or do I need to do it separately?

you can do it all together and as long as it is all piping hot it'll be okay.

As to when it gets piping hot... about 20 mins I should think.

You could serve it cold though, with hot roasties and hot gravy it will be lovely.

Ah, thanks!

I may have overcooked the lamb to the extent that it need a damn good soaking in gravy to be edible. Blush

In that case, just pop the lamb in the gravy and serve when roasties are ready.

Don't forget the mint sauce

Thanks again. Mint sauce is a sore subject in this house. I can't buy it where I am, made a load for Christmas day to go with the ruined delicious lamb and DP chucked it...
