Forgot to defrost lasagne - can I cook from frozen?

We forgot to take our lasagne out of the freezer last night. Can we cook it from frozen?

The meat is cooked, but the lasagne sheets haven't been. We froze it like that - meant to make the white sauce fresh today.

Sigh.

Any ideas? Is it safe to cook from frozen? How long should I cook for? When should I add the white sauce seeing as that isnt frozen?

Or do we abandon it and have yet more turkey sandwiches for lunch?

Have you not put white sauce in any of the Lasagne?

Have you got a microwave you can defrost it in?

I would be worried that if you put it in the oven, the outer edges would be defrosted and cooking way before the middle. If you started it off on a very low heat to defrost it, before turning the heat up to cook it, you might be ok but I'd probably just have it tomorrow.

thanks. We gave it a go with turkey sandwiches held in reserve :) and it was fine - cooked at 160, for about 1h15, stuck meat thermometer in centre to check it got to decent temp and it was fine - no burnt bits and tasted nice.

only put white sauce on top for this one as have a super fussy FIL... Hmm
