Can I prep ALL my veg tomorrow including my spuds?

If so how do I store them once they are peeled? In water?

yes you can, we do, yes spuds in water or in a sealed bag like those freezer re-sealable bags. But maybe tomorrow eve rather than first thing?

ps you could add a little rock salt to those veg that might 'weep' like squash as that will absorb moisture x

Yes, of course will be doing mine as early as possible. Just store in water in saucepans.

Last year, I used Jamie's tip and par-boiled the potatoes on Christmas Eve and left them on oiled trays covered in the garage fridge overnight. Saved a lot of work and they turned out really well.
