buffet food you cook the night befor?

so far i have ham
chicken drumsticks(willthey be ok?)
and pigs in blankets surely there must be more im being lazy and want to make the day as easy as poss
what about sausage rolls? would they be ok aswell and those chicken satey thing?
anyone?

It depends on how many people you're cooking for. You could do a selection of cold things that don't need any cooking, just prep (which could be done the day before or before people arrive) and cooked things that cold either be eaten cold (like the chicken drumsticks) or just need to be heated. OR, you could also prep stuff (like the sausage rolls and pigs in blanket), and then just shove them in the oven just before people arrive.

If the chicken drumsticks are properly cooked through (no pink) and refrigerated properly, they should be fine. You can reheat them once
