It's the Nigella mandarin cake.

S0me0ne gave me c0py but I've l0st it!

4-5 lementines skin on to weigh 13oz
melted butter for greasing
6 large eggs
8oz sugar
9oz ground almonds
1 heaped tsp baking bowder
3.5oz maya gold or other dark orange choc

put clementines in a pan, cover with water bring to biol and simmer for 2 hours
drain and set aside
cut in half and remove the pips then eerything bar the pips in a food prpcessor
preheat the oven to 190 degrees, butter and line a cake tin
beat eggs, add sugar and almonds and baking powder.
mix well then add clementines, stir together, pour into cake tin and bake for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean, cover top with foil afer about 40mins to prevent burning. Remove from oven and immediately grate choc over the top whilst still in the tin. leave to cool completely before removing from tin.
