We're not huge fans of turkey and had decided to have the M&S Rotisserie chicken on Christmas day. It seems there are none to be had in my local M&S so i'm going to attempt to do the marinade myself.
I'd be really grateful if anyone has one of these if they could take a look at the ingredients for me so I've got half a clue where to start!
I've bought the roasting bags and a chicken but no ideas about what might be in the marinade.
