Can I freeze Nigella's Christmas rocky road?

I've made far too much of it and don't want to waste.

Not sure but could always give to neighbours/ work colleagues family as xmas fare! Thats what i have done with my extra baking and was greatly received.

Why? probably last for ages if stored properly.

I don't want to eat any more. Really i don't. will get very, very fat!

yes. I felt exactly the same last year (overwhelmed at the sheer amount, and that was with me cutting into smaller portions than suggested by Nigella) so popped them into a tupperware box and stuck them in the freezer.

Totally forgot about them, then had a nice surprise a few months later! Plus if its hidden in freezer one is less likely to 'pick'!
