Boiling in ginger ale, and then glazing with english mustard and orange and ginger marmalade mixture - a la Nigella. It's delicious! Xmas Grin

i glaze mine with honey and then stick cloves in it.

Quite boring, but safe!

I glaze mine with brown sugar mixed with a little pineapple juice, stud it with cloves and put glace cherries and pineapple on it then re-glaze and bake. yummmmy!!

boil half the time, cut off main section of fat, crisscross the reamining fat, stick a clove in each diamond then glaze with a mix of mustard and homemade marmalade, roast for the other half of time, covering with foil towards the end if its blackening
