I made a double batch of lasagne yesterday and we ate the first portion last night. The second lot is in heating up now. There were lots of left-overs last night which are now in the freezer and with one dd out tonight, there will be even more left-overs. Will this lot of left-overs be ok to freeze or is that going to be re-heating too many times?

You should only reheat something once and freeze only once.

Scurryfunge may be (technically) correct, but in practice I am sure we all re-heat several times. If you heat it well enough, there is unlikely to be a problem, provided your lasagne is not a seafood one with shellfish, although I would probably re-heat that again if necessary.

It will be fine.

Ideally you hsould cook it the first time and thereafter only reheat exactly as much as you need.

But it will be fine.

It will be fine. I avoid freezing more than once, but commonly reheat more than once.
