Caramel/salted peanut/brownie dessert idea - does this sound ok?

Hello all

I am having my family round on Boxing Day for lunch, so am doing a light meal (prawny M&S nibbles for starter, baked halibut and greens for main). Have concocted a dessert idea in my head, but I wondered what you all thought about it before I make it, incase it tastes disgusting!

It is:

  • Broken-up Gu chocolate brownies in the bottom of an individual dessert dish.
  • Roughly chopped salted peanuts on top.
  • Layer of Carnation tinned caramel on top.
  • Possibly another layer of brownie or nuts.
  • Layer of Waitrose Cointreau cream on top.

Does that sound nice? Any tips or ideas on improving it?

Any ideas gratefully received!
thanks!

Yes! I bought a set of six dessert dishes so we have one spare! Thanks for the vote of confidence, I am looking forward to making it now! Happy Christmas!
