indian style vegetable curry. (could also make a meat curry as well)veg samosas, rice, popadoms, - serve on large flat plates with the curry in a small bowl in the centre surrounded by little piles of extras (eg rice, roasted potato wedges/chip in a criss cross stack, samosas etc

A couple of big quiches (maybe a caramelised onion one and a bacon or salmon one), roasted new potatoes with garlic and rosemary, couple of salads.

This fantastic pie here I used to make it for xmas lunch and the non-vegies always wanted some.

There's a lovely recipe in nigella's Feast for mushroom stroganoff with basmati rice. If your other guests don't mind a wholly veggie meal, then something like that might be an option. Served with a nice salad & perhaps a homemade, warm dessert?

Delia's parsnip and cheese roulade- you can use up xmas day bits too.

Bubble & squeak with fried egg, cold meats too for the non-veggies.
