Most normal cake recipes should work fine in a pyrex dish - just a bit harder to turn the cake out when its cooked.

do you know how full i can fill it with mix?

Do you know what, in a pyrex dish I would make brownies, but I would make sure to line well with foil or greaseproof paper.

Can I ask, why do you want to make a cake in a pyrex dish?

I regularly make cakes in pyrex dishes eg bowl or oval one, to get the shape I want. I use normal cake mix but it may take a touch longer to cook so you have to keep an eye.
To line it, grease the pyrex and then lay strips on it, crossing them over in the middle until it goes all the way around like this * except with no gaps. You may need to grease some of the tops of the strips to make them all stick together.
Works a treat.
