Kids meal that is still nice the next day to microwave?

Hi

I'm going back to work tomorrow, and my mum is going to pick up my 4 yo from school, bring her back to my house & give her dinner before I get home at 6pm.

What meal can I make in advance, so that my mum just has to warm it in the microwave? really want to make it as easy as possible for my mum, who is already running around between 2 towns to accommodate me.

Any ideas welcome! This is going to happen twice a week, so I don't want to just get ready meals.

TIA.

pasta would be good, could add loads of veg to the sauces too Grin.

mince and mashed potaoes
casaroles (sp?)
what about wraps in the warmer weather.

Oh and I used to go and stock my mums freezer with lots of little meals for ds, so that on the days she would have him she already had the meals there.

Thanks everyone. This has given me inspiration!
