Rice cakes with home made humous for me tonight.

Unless my dh carries on being an utter, utter pain in the arse, in which case it might have to be chocolate or cake. I only eat crappy food when I'm feeling or .

how about pitta bread and low fat homus, or cruditees (things like carrot sticks, slices of peppers, baby sweetcorn, cucumber, celery, etc) and low fat dip, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds????

you can get a small tub of seeds from sainsburys or health food shops under the Food Doctor range.

If I feel like snacking I choose a tiny bowl and fill it with dried fruit or something similar. Just dont go back for more.

The other thing I do as I am not that well controlled is to not buy any snacks. What we havent got in the house I cant have.

If I eat a proper meal I dont feel the need to snack. I still need to cut down on the size of my meals though.

Good luck
