I don't think I'm very good at this!
I checked online and just got a bit bamboozled with what's what.

I've packed Lottie for school tomorrow:

2 x gluten free crackers
a slice of home made gluten free pizza with tomato base, mozzerella and cheddar cheese
cashew nuts
a slice of gluten free marble cake
yoghurt covered apricots
some raisins
a fromage frais

tea will be a kids version of chilli con carne with baked beans instead of kidney.

I was going to serve them with corn chips but not sure if they contain gluten or not...
Maize flour / whey powder / yeast extract / ?????

Tues packed lunch:

home made gluten free bread, toasted with marmite
some bits of cheddar cheese & cucumber
gluten free fruit ckae
fruit salad

Am I doing it right ?!?!?

looks ok to me, not sure on the chips atm. have you been here?

You've put me to shame, when my ds was first on a gluten free diet I never could come up with such a varied menu like you've got, I found it so hard.

They look fine to me.

There's a list here of gluten-free food ingredients, I don't know if you would find it useful.

The Coeliac Society do a list too but you have to pay for it.

It's quite challenging aye, glad others have found that to be the case too.
Thanks for those links, off to check them out now.

Hmmm, I think the tortilla corn chips are out. It's thinking of something to go with the chilli con carne that she'll eat (jacket potato and rice are out) and something that will keep at nursery and travel back to my dad's from school that he can make for her.

Hmmmm, will have to think of something.
