i intend to do this this year i have my slow and blckberry gin in the outhouse ready to be strained and bottled and i also intent to make truffles and some homemade lemon curd and packege them in trio's in choccy boxes recycled jam jars with cristmas fabric toppers and homemade labels in brown paper bags (if all goes to plan 
) my question is timing obviously the gin will keep once bottled but once iv made the truffles and lemon curd how quickly have i got to get in to the relatives? as we wont be seeing dh's on cristmas day
