jamies 30 minute meals pesto

does anyone have the book/recipe? i cant remember what the rest of the meal was, but there was a side salad of mozzerella with pesto dressing.

I think it was someting like 2buches of basil, 100g parmezan, 100g pine nuts, 100ml olive oil + clove garlic whizzed up in the food processor. I think I usually put too much garlic in and it ends up tasting of raw garlic..

Saw him making that meal, and made the pesto since just from memory. But I didn't put any garlic in it, I don't remember that bit.
Didn't measure the other stuff either, just threw in as much as I fancied.

Here it is:
100g pinenuts,
half clove of garlic
75g Parmesan
lge bunch of basil
optional:
few sprigs greek basil
half a lemon
half a dried chilli
100ml olive oil

Method:
Whizz all together in food processor.

The rest of the meal looks yummy too - stuffed focaccia, prosciutto with celeriac remoulade and lemon and lime granita.

I made the mushroom risotto last night. I'm not a huge risotto fan but DH is. I thought it was ok but DH said it was lovely!
