Can I use lamb loin chops for a lamb stew ?

Or is that totally the wrong cut? Its just its the only meat I have in the freezer and wanted to make a lamb stew tomorro, is this a no no?

TBH I'd say it was a bit of a waste of a prime cut like loin to stew it.

I wouldn't make a stew from loin chops either.
Roast them until crispy at the edges and throw in some root veg or mediterranean veg. Or if you really want a stew go and buy some neck fillet or leg/shoulder. Mmmmm hungry now Smile
