URGENT HELP REQUIRED! I've split my cheese fondue!

How can I fix it? The cost of all that cheese and wine and brandy, I can't just start again!

think there's a solution involving cornflour, will google for you.

Here we go:

To rescue a curdled fondue add a little more lemon juice, or stir in a little blended cornflour.

I assume that means mix up cornflour with a little cold water then stir it in gradually.
