What do your kids drink?

I know water and milk are obviously the healthiest drinks but I am trying to find other things that are ok. My dentist tells me fruit juice and squash has too much acid, sugar. My daughter does not like plain milk and gets fed up with water.

Just wondering what most kids drink.

Under 2 years dilute pure fruit juice 1:10 with water.
Over 2 I do use very dilute squash, not sugar free as the aspartame can send them hyper. About half the amount of juice I would use to make my own. So long as the teeth are cleaned regularly and juice is with meals so they don't drink it all day long its fine. Use water between meals, they will drink if they are really thirsty.

DS is 2. Drinks water at home but fruit shoots at his Dad's (since 13 months Hmm) Seems to have no problem switching though. If we're at a friend's house or the children's centre then he might have diluted juice or weak squash but he's generally happy with water. [lucky]

Budweiser and red bull

Budweiser is OK as it's not proper beer. It's made from rice for heavens sake [hgrin]!
