Yotam Ottolenghi - Plenty. Do you have it? Are the recipes a complete faff (impossible to find ingredients etc)

Had a quick peek at it the other day and it looked v tempting, but I didn't scrutinise the faffiness aspect.

Just got this book for DBil, it looks absolutely gorgeous, he def likes cooking with a bit of faff, so will be perfect

Just saw this thread, I've got it and the recipes I've done are lovely. The desserts like the carrot cake are amazing, so are the meringues and I've done lots of their appetisers. I wouldn't have said they're faffy but I like cooking so it's difficult to judge although now i think about it the chocolate fudge cake is twice baked but worth it.
