Thank you x 10. I cooked it the other night and before even 2 forkfuls had gone into ds's mouth he was lunging at the pot to get seconds. Very very delish Smile

Fry chicken thighs, add choizo, pasata, tin or 2 of chick peas depending on quantities, a little stock if too thick, paprika, garlic, chilli, and parsley to serve. Tip in the slow cooker and cook for however long. Easy! Fab, and many thanks to whoever posted this (could not find on recipe search, just came accross it on a trhead which I can't find now!)

I have made something similar - my Catalan friend said it was a very popular dish throughout Catalunya/Spain and is called something like cocido (please excuse spelling as I don't speak Spanish!). Its really delicious. Might make this at the weekend Smile

Kammy did you use boned thighs with skin on? I find with skin on it can make the meal very greasy, when cooking with slow cooker. But if you did keep skin on and it was ok I'd be interested to hear what it was like.

Also what would you serve it with? Small roast potatoes or bread?
