Really good. Quick, tasty and can be adapted to what you have in. Went down well with kids and dh.

Please could you post the recipe if you have time? I saw the episode but the phone rang just as she was making the crustless pizza- I returned just in time to see the celery being put in the vase...

Beat 1 egg, 100g plain flour, pinch of salt and 250 ml milk to make a smooth batter. Stir in 50g grated cheese and pour into a greased pie tin (20cm). Bake at 200c for 30 mins (keep an eye on it - mine took 20 mins). Remove from oven sprinkle with a further 50g cheese and some sliced pepperoni. Return to oven for 2-3 mins to melt the cheese.

Quick and easy - leaving you time to dick around with tomatoes on a cake stand and celery in a vase. NB this quantity made enough for two adults with salad.

No but saw it on the telly and it looked nice. I spend all day cooking in a school canteen so i like to keep things easier than doing recipes when i get home. This did look easy tho.

Did it not have tomatoes on it? So its basically a cheese pie/flan?

Sounds nice though. I only asks about tomatoes as I like to believe that even the minute amounts on pizzas add to my kids' veg intake which is teeny tiney.
