Can you freeze homemade hummous?

I have just made a batch of green pea hummous from a recipe I found and although it's yummy there is way too much. (Over half a kilo to be precise). I am the only one who likes hummous but I think even I would struggle to eat it all before it goes off!

Do you think I could freeze some of it? Peas were frozen before being cooked, rest of the ingredients were all fresh (garlic, tahini, lemon juice etc).

Thanks!

I freeze it and it is fine. I put it in small containers (the size of humous pots from the supermarket) so it gets eaten quickly once defrosted. It is better fresh but I prefer to make it in larger batches.

Yes, it's fine frozen. I used to use some little plastic microwavable ramekins. It works well, and is fine when defrosted.
