Hi all
Will have left overs from a shoulder of pork this weekend and fancy doing 'pulled pork' with it. All the recipes on the internet seem to be American and call for things like liquid smoke which I'm all out of at present! 
How would you make it? I saw a thread on here which talked about using bbq sauce- would that be homemade or can anyone recommend any shop-bought ones?
Recipe and method for pulled pork would be most appreciated.
