Ohh I have never heard of this! I love BNS soup, but I just make a curried one. Do you have the recipe to share?

I have seen soup made with chorizo and the chef said add few minutes before the end, similar sort of sausage aren't they???

Think I would add in thin slices, possibly quartered just before serving and long enough for them to hear through. It might work too, if you crisped them up in the over before adding. Blitzed soups are lovely with just a little bit of something crunchy in.

Thank you all for your recipes.

I have made it and the first mouthful burnt my mouth out, I am thinking that I need to add yogurt when I eat it.

Next time I am going to do it with just the pepperoni and no chilli powder.

MADUGGAR, no recipe as such, one large butternut squash, 3 carrots, 1 large potato, a few slices of pepperoni and turmeric, paprika and cumin (pinches of)
