Hoping for a recipe that's tasty but doesn't need loads of different ingredient if possible.

Many thanks. Smile

I would turn it into fried rice.
Finely chop any veg you like/have in the fridge; onion, carrot, courgette, mushrooms, peppers, leek, aubergine etc etc work well.
Finely chop the pork and add it to the pan too.
Lightly beat 1 egg per 2 servings, and add to the pan. Keep it moving to avoid making an omelette.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Flavour with some stock powder or a crushed stock cube and some soy sauce.
It all takes about 5 mins and is yummy!

I usually do one of two things:

  1. stir fry it with LOADS of ginger and garlic.
    Serve with rice.

  2. Stir fry it with veges (chopped in chunks) and LOTS of chillies. Serve with rice.

Heat in oven until crispy. Shred/pull apart with 2 forks. Eat in baguette with hoisin sauce, thin slices of cucumber and poss spring onion if you have any.
