What are the healthiest flavoured rice cakes?

Hi, my 5 year old daughter is slightly overweight and suffers from constipation. She loves rice cakes with penut butter as a snack, but penut butter is fattening. she also likes snack a jack rice cakes.
Are there any flavoured rice cakes that are 100% natural and whole grain?

I think Kallo do a brown rice one, which is probably higher in fibre than standard ones and snack a jacks. They are all low in fat though and I think in moderation, pb and ricecakes are a great snack...

Would she try oatcakes or ryvitas? They are high in fibre and have a nice crunch to them - I love ryvitas with crunchy peanut butter Grin

Kallo do a whole grain organic one, flavoured with marmite.

They sell organix ones in Waitrose - (supposedly for babies/toddlers but no reason older children shouldn't have them) - they have fruit flavours.

The marmite one sounds very nice, I'd like that. Grin

She does like Rivita, the sesame one. She likes it with homous on.
It's good to know that PB isn't too bad in moderation. Smile
