Is it possible to make burgers out of them. If so, what do you add (eggs?...)to make them stick together?

I make rissoles (pretty much a burger) from them.

I have about 2/3 mince to 1/3 breadcrumbs, a bit of curry powder, an egg (or two if they are small) sauteed onion (optional) squeeze of tomato puree.

Mix all together, then press mixture firmly into burger shapes (you have to squeeze quite hard, as they have a tendency to fall apart)

chill very thoroughly to firm them up (I sometimes put them in the freezer to really cool)

Then dip in beaten egg, roll in seasoned flour and shallow fry.

They are a bit of a faff, but very tasty, -firm family favourite in the Kurri household.

Meant to say I use quorn mince , haven't tried other kinds of veggie mince.
