Help me with a sauce/herbs/spices for my stir fry for tea...

Have some left over chicken (cooked) that had some spices on, have some stir fry veggies and noodles but would like some nice ideas of what sauce/spice etc i can use for my stir fry.

Jamie O did a nice loking on the other day but cant find that one Sad

Wotcha got? Grin I would do the veggies in sesame oil with garlic and some chilli flakes, then shake in some coriander and smoked paprika, maybe a smidge of cumin. Then some soy sauce.

A squeeze of lemon or lime if you have one is also good. And a dash of wine/sherry/rice vinegar, but no more. If you want a sauce effect then at the end of cooking I would sprinkle over a teaspoon of flour then stir in a bit of veggie stock, a squirt of tomato puree, a teaspoon of honey and some more soy sauce. This always comes out very tasty but I'm not sure it will transmit very successfully over the internet.

It was supposed to be one set of instructions and ended up ineptly spread over two posts Blush. I'm glad you found your own way through the mess and got a tasty supper. Might have to have the same tomorrow now Grin.
