I need a creamy saffron sauce recipe please??

To go with a pasta dish that has salmon and prawns in it. Any ideas??

Not a recipe from a book, but I would steep a good pinch of saffron in a glass of white wine for a bit until it colours nicely, then chop a clove of garlic very finely and fry it gently in some olive oil (make sure it doesn't go brown/start to burn). Add the saffron infused wine (obviously straining the saffron out) and let it bubble for bit then add double cream. Maybe add some chopped dill or chives too for a bit of colour.
