Blackberry and apple loaf, v yummy

I made blackberry and apple loaf today and it was really yummy. It has a sort of crumble topping. My only criticism is that the bottom stuck to the tin, especially as the fruit makes the loaf a bit fragile, so I would just make sure and line the tin next time rather than just greasing it.

yum yes, I have made that twice now and it was very good. I didn't have an apple (bloody kids!) the second time so used more orange zest and some grated pulp of orange and it was still yummy.

You can use any berries too. Truly the magic is in the topping though

Have made this loads of time in the last few weeks as have loads of blackberries - it's gorgeous - I can't be bothered with the crumble topping now and it tastes just as good as a plain loaf.
