What shall I do with pork & apple sausages?

Has anyone got a nice recipe for pork and apple sausages? I just can't think what would go best with them!

Just treat them like normal sausages- bangers and mash or a casserole.

Mash, with leeks sauteed in butter on the side and if you like the aniseedy taste, add some finely sliced fennel in with the leeks. Would also go with a dark cabbage like cavolo or a red cabbage, apple and carrot winter coleslaw and baked spud.

Thanks. In the end I fried the with some onions, garlic and slices of apple added a splash of cider vinegar then braised them in cider with some thyme. Very nice!
