8 scotch Bonnet peppers & a carrier of apples.any suggestions?

Don't have to be together building up a pile of chutneys & preserved stuff so can be that or a nice recipe to cook to eat ( or freeze)

Chilli oil is easy - scotch bonnets are v strong I hear.

They are lovely but I bought 10 & have used 2 so far( vat of pasta sauce) and ran out of inspiration!

I tend to make apple jelly or just stew and freeze the apple to use later in pies or sauces
