We were at a party at the weekend, to which someone brought a fabulous chicken curry, apparently of Kenyan origin (the recipe - I'm presuming the production was more local!). It looked like joints of chicken in a thin coating sauce, looking a bit like a pesto or fine salsa verde, but with amore curry flavour. It was gorgeous, but the people who made it left before I could ask for the recipe. Anyone got any ideas what it might be?
