in Nigella's chocolate raspberry pudding cake?

Only need 2 tbsp in a whole cake.

That'll be ok, won't it?

It'll be slightly blackcurranty rather than raspberry-ish, that's all.

And the problem with that is....

Grin

Though I thought cassis was cherry.

Oh yes, blackcurrant. So it is.

Well, that's can't be so bad can it.

Thank you!

Definitely blackcurrant. Sounds yummy to me. Cerise is cherry but not sure if there is a creme de of it.

MaryMotherOfCheeses · 15/08/2010 19:00

Actually, it's a miracle it was edible Grin

I put it all together and put it in the oven. Then realised I hadn't added the eggs, so got it out again, and it had leaked out of the spring tin thing... (I didn't have any parchment paper)

So I poured it all back into a bowl, mixed in the eggs, then had to clear everything up to put it back in the oven, this time wit a tin foil base.

Honestly, there are reasons I don't normally bake. Blush

thanks MMoC. I had that problem with a springform cake tin once, had to make an emergency trip to John Lewis to get a new one.
