Rotisserie chicken - can I reheat the next day??

It's been in the fridge overnight and looks and smells fine.

I would use it in a fried rice or similar. don't see how it would be any different to a normal roast chicken TBH

Thanks oxo, that's what I thought but I had such a lecture from Dsis about the dangers! However we had it last night and we are here today to tell the tale Smile

My last S'bury one said to eat within 2 hours - we were at least 2 1/2 hours drive away from home.
Anyway we ate it the next day and lived...
the labelling is idiotic imo.

you can reheat chicken once, so if you're happy that it was only hot once before (ie when it was cooked) then it is perfectly safe to reheat the next day - providing it has been fridged and not left out all night Smile
