Hi,
I have a really easy recipe for a no-bake Baileys cheesecake which also doesn't require gelatin or eggs but I'm bored with it and would like to make it a coffee cheesecake. The plan was to substitute the Baileys with the same amount of powdered coffee disolved in a little warm water BUT I'm a total baking novice and am worried it'll turn out bitter.
Can I do it this way? Is there anything I can add to make it sweeter?
I have enough cream cheese and icing sugar to make a mess of one attempt but if I can get away with it the first time I'd be able to make two!...woohoo
TIA
