Today is Day 2 of our chicken casserole - how much longer can I keep it for?

It's been in the fridge and I'm wondering if I can freeze it down today and/or have it for lunch tomorrow. What do you think?

Either, eat it tomorrow or freeze it. When you buy shop-bought casseroles and other ready-meals it's highly unlikely that they were freshly cooked and on the shop shelf same day, yet generally they have use-by-dates of several days going forward. So if you made it yourself and this is only day 2 then it's got loads of life in it yet!

Cooked chicken should only be reheated once, so it depends if you heated the whole thing again today or just the portions you ate.

At any rate I would not eat it after tomorrow and if I'm really honest I personally wouldn't eat it then either.
