On various reduced racks he found . . . pack of passion fruits (I sieved them kind of to put the juice in a jelly as dd1 is not keen on them otherwise)

Spring Greens (Will freeze until Sunday lunch)

Cauliflower (will turn into cauli cheese & freeze until Sunday lunch)

And . . . . . a HUGE!!!!! bunch of parsley!! & I mean huge . What on earth do I do with it??? Or will it freeze ok?

Make tabbouleh - google it for a recipe. It's basically bulgar wheat (a grain), with LOADS of chopped parsley, mint, cucumber/tomatoes/shallots dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. Great for summer.

Sounds like something my dd would like for lunch, I'll google now, thanks CSLewis.

Knitter, if I have any left I will do that, thank-you. Handy to know I can freeze it for future reference.

parsley freezes just fine. I chop it and pop it in ice cube trays with water.
