We are having curry tonight that my dd won't eat. I have prawns and have kept aside some of the cooked chicken. I will be cooking rice for our curry but this all seems very dry....what kind of sauce should I do or any other suggestions? Thanks

It's just ketchup

(you could cheat and get your local takeaway to make you some )

I would stir fry it all together with:

  • soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • bit of sugar
  • vegetable oil
  • sesame oil if you have
  • garlic
  • ginger if you have
  • little bit of something hot eg cayenne pepper

oh and any veg you have too. Peas, broccoli, shredded cabbage, mange tout or snow peas would be all be good, as would carrots.
