The strawberry ice cream is amazingly simple and I am making it once a week at the moment: basically just whiz a punnet of strawberries in a blender with a 300ml carton of double cream, juice of half a lemon and about 6oz icing sugar, then pour into your ice cream maker and bob's your uncle.
